Jeff Kresnak, owner and CEO of Superior Asphalt, Inc. entered the asphalt industry when he was just 16 years old with little more than a broom, a bucket, and an old pickup truck.
Today, Superior Asphalt remains a 100 percent locally owned, family business. Superior employs over 100 fully trained people and has earned the trust of thousands of West Michigan residents and commercial property owners.

Superior is equipped with a state-of-the art asphalt recycler that allows us to produce a one of a kind winter asphalt paving material. This material allows our maintenance crew, municipalities and utility companies a durable solution to winter maintenance emergencies. We also supply Cold Patch for quick repairs. Superior operates several locations which include our Main Office in Grand Rapids, Portland Aggregate Pit and three conveniently located recycling dump sites accepting broken concrete and asphalt tear-outs.
