The Importance of Sealcoating

Sealcoating your asphalt helps protect its surface from weathering factors such as oxidation from the sun, damage from petroleum products, moisture caused by precipitation, and the adverse effects of freeze-thaw cycles.

The sooner, the better. At the very least, within one or two seasons after they appear. Water intrusion should be avoided to maintain the structural integrity of your asphalt surface.
